Initial Period (around 3-5 years) with Founder Control. The founder has 51% of the votes (through their fund) - protects the system from "capture", establishes initial stability.

Gradually, in the course of unlocking and emission, power passes to the Governance DAO.

Organic Growth Without a Large Public Sale. The token does not go through a mass ICO; the main distribution is through grants, marketing, infrastructure projects.

Reduces the risk of "pump and dump."

Scalability through L2 and multichain. Users choose the optimal network without losing data integrity.

In the future, the system can connect even more networks (Polkadot-parachains, ZK-rollups, etc.).

At its core, Juna is an L3 network - a network whose operations are endowed with economic context.

Phased Launch Plan (MVP, Expanded Ecosystem, Mass Attraction).

MVP: basic smart contracts, seed funds, basic DAO and first "banks".

Expansion: launch of legal gateways, connection of Relayer-Forwarder, bridges with major EVM networks.
