Mars Credits are the lifeblood of the Mars economy, and there are two primary ways to earn them:

Resource Contribution to Ship Repairs

The most straightforward method is donating resources directly to the colony's survival. For every matching pair of Metal and Food you contribute to ship maintenance, you receive one Mars Credit. This 1:1:1 ratio creates a stable baseline value for all resources and encourages balanced production across the colony.

Player-to-Player Trading

The marketplace offers more dynamic earning opportunities. By specializing in one resource type and trading your surplus with other players, you can potentially earn more Mars Credits than through direct donation. Smart traders watch for price disparities and timing opportunities, turning market inefficiencies into profit.
