Microeconomics

The basis of economic activity in the Juna ecosystem is formed by a set of economic transactions between individual participants. Participants can be individual human users (wallets) or Organizations - special entities of the Juna ecosystem. Organizations are a copy of legal entities existing in the real world - individual entrepreneurs, limited liability companies or joint-stock companies.

Organizations are guided by the algorithms embedded in their Charter, as well as the rules of corporate governance and the rules of accounting and reporting. Organizations become necessary when it is required to create a joint business with other participants, divide their operations into several areas, organize constantly recurring transactions or start a startup. Organizations are a convenient form of doing business, using the best practices of real-world firms and corporations. Organizations are designed in such a way that they can be managed not only by a person, but also by an AI agent.

In a sense, any economic agent in the ecosystem is an Organization - an individual entrepreneur, a bank, a law firm, an insurance agency, a factory, etc.

It is recommended to interact with the jurisdictions of the real world through LegalGate - a special class of Organizations that must ensure the connection between the virtual and real worlds.

Organization's operations are automatically reflected in the accounting registers, thus forming reports that allow assessing the reliability and financial condition.

Corporate governance includes management mechanisms by shareholders/beneficiaries, algorithmic separation of powers between shareholders, the board of directors and the managing director of the Organization.

The market activity of Organizations to extract profits and meet the needs of consumers is the foundation of a healthy Juna macroeconomy. In turn, the macroeconomic model provides protection from shocks and stability of operations.
