How to Create a Project in Juna DAO

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

1. Go to the Juna DAO platform.

2. Click Connect Wallet in the top-right corner.

3. Choose your wallet provider:

   • Juna SuperApp

   • MetaMask

4. Follow the authorization steps to connect your wallet.

Step 2: Start Creating a New Space

1. On the DAO page, click the Create New Space button.

2. Fill in the basic details about your project:

   • Space Name: The name of your project.

   • Description: A concise description (up to 400 characters).

   • Categories: Select a category (e.g., Web Development, Mobile Application).

   • Launchpad Project: Optionally, link your space to an existing launchpad project.

   • Link: Provide an external link for more information about your project.

   • Image: Upload an image to represent your project (JPG/PNG, minimum 1280x512).

   Once completed, click Next.

Step 3: Set Up Voting Strategies

1. Choose the network (e.g., Ethereum) and specify the token symbol (e.g., JUNA).

2. Click Add to create a voting strategy. Select one of the following:

   • Token Weighted Voting: Voting power is proportional to the number of tokens held.

   • One Person, One Vote: Equal voting power for all participants.

3. Configure the strategy settings:

   • Name: Give a unique name to your strategy.

   • Enable Custom Mode (optional) for advanced settings.

   • Mark Default Strategy if you want this to be the primary strategy for voting.

   After setting up the strategy, click Add, then Next.

Step 4: Configure Proposal Validation

1. Define who can create proposals:

   • Any Authorized User: Allow all authorized users.

   • Space Owner Only: Restrict proposal creation to the space owner.

2. Select the method for calculating wallet balance (linked to your chosen strategy).

3. Optionally, include a link to your community guidelines.

4. Click Next to proceed.

Step 5: Define Voting Rules

1. Select a voting type:

   • Single Option Choice: Participants vote for one option.

   • Weighted Choice: Options are weighted based on strategy-defined parameters.

2. Review and finalize the voting rules. Click Submit to complete the setup.

Finalizing Your Space

Once submitted, your new space will be live on the Juna DAO platform. You can now:

• Accept proposals from the community.

• Organize votes to make collective decisions.

• Develop and grow your project with community engagement.
